Middleeast valve is the topmost Connection Lift Plug Valve in Saudi Arabia. It is designed for critical isolation applications where a tight metal-to-metal seal is required under high pressure and temperature conditions. These valves operate by vertically lifting the plug before rotation, eliminating seat contact and minimizing wear during opening or closing.
How It Works?
In the closed position, the plug sits firmly on the valve seat.
When operated, the plug is lifted vertically using a stem mechanism, breaking the seal without scraping.
It is then rotated 90° and reseated to allow or block flow.
The non-frictional movement ensures reduced torque and longer valve life.
